Agreement
These terms govern your use of paramai.studio, the ⦃param⦄ ai/Studio platform and DocFlo, including the DocFlo agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot and the DocFlo connector for Claude (the Services), provided by ParamNetwork India Pvt. Ltd. (ParamNetwork). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. Where your organisation has a signed agreement with ParamNetwork, that agreement takes precedence.
The Services
DocFlo connects to the Microsoft 365 or Google Drive sources you choose, builds a knowledge base from them, and answers questions with references to the source documents. We may improve, change or add features over time. Using DocFlo in Microsoft 365 Copilot also requires a valid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, and your use of Microsoft products is governed by Microsoft’s terms. Using DocFlo from Claude is also subject to Anthropic’s terms, and connecting Google Drive to Google’s.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly at vaidee@param.network about any unauthorised use. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents and data you add (Customer Content). You grant ParamNetwork permission to host, process and display Customer Content only as needed to provide and support the Services for you. You are responsible for having the right to add Customer Content and for adding only documents that every member of a project may see. We handle Customer Content as described in our privacy statement.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not try to access data, workspaces or systems you are not authorised to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt or overload the Services, or attempt to reverse-engineer them.
- Do not use the Services to build a competing product, or resell them without our written agreement.
AI output
DocFlo is an AI system. Answers are drawn from your documents and cite their sources, but they can be incomplete or wrong, and their quality depends on the quality of the documents. Check the cited sources before relying on an answer for an important decision. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or in the Microsoft Marketplace offer you accept. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. DocFlo CXO Agent acquired through Microsoft Marketplace is licensed under the Standard Contract for Microsoft Marketplace as amended by our End User License Agreement.
Our property
The Services, including the software, models, designs and documentation, belong to ParamNetwork and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the Services as permitted here. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time, and remove DocFlo from Microsoft 365 through your administrator. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached or if needed to protect the Services or other customers. After termination we delete Customer Content as described in the privacy statement.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly agreed in writing, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ParamNetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: vaidee@param.network.
