Who we are
This statement covers the website paramai.studio, the ⦃param⦄ ai/Studio platform, and DocFlo, including the DocFlo agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot and the DocFlo connector for Claude (together, the Services). The Services are provided by ParamNetwork India Pvt. Ltd. (ParamNetwork, we, us). Questions about this statement, and any privacy or data request, can be sent to vaidee@param.network.
What we collect
- Account details — name, work email, organisation and workspace membership, and sign-in information from your identity provider (for example Microsoft Entra ID or SAML single sign-on).
- Customer content — the documents you choose to add (from OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive or direct upload) and what is derived from them: extracted text, knowledge-graph entries and search indexes.
- Cloud drive file details — file names, folders, sizes and sharing information for the Microsoft 365 or Google Drive folders you switch on, so synced files stay current. Access is read-only; we never change, move or delete your files.
- Conversations — your questions and DocFlo’s answers, so follow-up questions continue the conversation.
- Request records — who made a request, which action, when, and whether it succeeded. Used for security and support. Document content is never written to these records.
- Website analytics — paramai.studio uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. The contact form opens your own email client; we receive only what you send.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide, secure and support the Services: to answer your questions from your documents, keep connected sources in sync, enforce access controls, investigate problems you report, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer content for advertising.
AI processing
To answer a question, DocFlo processes only the passages relevant to it. On our cloud service, those passages are sent to AI model providers we engage as sub-processors, under agreements that restrict them to processing on our behalf. We do not use your customer content to train AI models. On the cloud service, DocFlo may also draw on public web information when your documents do not cover a point; answers show their sources.

Microsoft 365 and Copilot
When you use DocFlo from Microsoft 365 Copilot, every request runs as you: DocFlo checks your workspace and project access on every call. The connection to your Microsoft 365 account is stored encrypted. Signing out, disconnecting, or removing a person stops DocFlo’s access within 15 seconds. Microsoft’s own processing of your Copilot usage is governed by Microsoft’s privacy terms.
Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, DocFlo requests read-only access and reads only the folders and files you choose. We use Google user data solely to provide DocFlo’s features to you: syncing your chosen files and answering your questions from them. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalised AI models, and people at ParamNetwork do not read it except with your permission, for security, or where required by law. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time, in DocFlo or in your Google Account settings.
DocFlo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Claude
When you use DocFlo from Claude, Claude sends your question to DocFlo and receives the answer and its sources. Anthropic’s processing of your Claude conversations is governed by Anthropic’s own privacy terms.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Services (cloud hosting, AI model providers, email), bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms; when you direct us to; or where required by law. If ParamNetwork is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer under the same protections.
Security
ParamNetwork is ISO 27001 certified. All connections use HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher, credentials are stored encrypted, and every request is checked against the person’s access. More detail is in our data, privacy and security guide.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer content for as long as it remains in your workspace. You can delete documents, projects or the workspace at any time in the DocFlo web app, and disconnecting a source stops further syncing. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, write to vaidee@param.network. We delete or return customer content when a subscription ends, except where we must keep limited records by law.
Where data is processed
Our cloud service may process data in India and in other countries where our providers operate. Where data moves across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards. Enterprise Edition keeps data in the location you choose.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where your organisation provides your account, it controls your workspace data and we act on its instructions; we will help it respond to your request. Children
The Services are for business use and are not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this statement as the Services evolve and change the date above when we do. For material changes, we will give notice through the Services or by email.
