Disconnecting and removing DocFlo
Every way to stop DocFlo — for one person, one source, one workspace or the whole organisation — and what happens to the data.
| I want to | How | Takes effect |
|---|---|---|
| Stop DocFlo in my own Copilot | Sign out of DocFlo, or disconnect the app in DocFlo Settings → Copilot | Within 15 seconds |
| Stop syncing my OneDrive | Ask Disconnect my OneDrive, or remove the source in the project | Immediately; already-added documents stay |
| Withdraw Microsoft consent | myapps.microsoft.com → the app’s permissions, or your administrator in Entra ID → Enterprise applications | Immediately |
| Turn DocFlo off for a workspace | Owner or admin: DocFlo Settings → Copilot → Turn off | Within 15 seconds |
| Remove DocFlo for the organisation | Microsoft 365 administrator: block or remove it in Teams admin centre | As Microsoft 365 applies the policy |
| Remove a person | Workspace owner or admin removes them in Settings → Members | Within 15 seconds |
What happens to documents
Disconnecting a source or removing the app stops access — it does not delete documents already added. To remove them:
- A document — delete it in the project’s Documents. The file and everything derived from it, including its part of the knowledge graph, are removed.
- A workspace — the owner can delete the workspace in Settings.
