What DocFlo is
DocFlo turns your organisation’s documents into a knowledge base you can question from Microsoft 365 Copilot, with every answer traced to its source.
DocFlo reads the documents your organisation chooses — from OneDrive, SharePoint or a direct upload — and turns them into a knowledge base you can ask questions of in plain language. You ask from Microsoft 365 Copilot; the answer comes back with the document, section and page it was drawn from.
It is the document capability of ⦃param⦄ ai/studio, made available inside Copilot so people can use it where they already work.
What it does

Every request runs as you. DocFlo checks your access exactly as it does in the DocFlo web app, so you only ever reach the workspaces and projects you belong to.
Projects
Documents are organised into projects — one for Finance, one for Legal, one for a customer programme. Each question is answered from one project’s documents, which keeps answers focused and access easy to reason about.
