Uploading files
Add files that are not in OneDrive or SharePoint, and the formats and sizes DocFlo accepts.
For files that do not live in OneDrive or SharePoint, upload them to the project directly.
- From Copilot — ask I want to upload a file. DocFlo replies with a link to the project’s upload page.
- In the DocFlo web app — open the project’s Documents and upload.
Formats
| Kind | Formats | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Documents | PDF, DOCX, PPTX, PPT, TXT, MD, HTML | Read page by page, including tables and figures |
| Spreadsheets | XLSX, XLS, XLSB, CSV | Kept as tables, so questions about figures are answered by querying them |
| Images | PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP | Read like any other page — scanned pages work |
| Archives | ZIP | Accepted by the web app upload |
Size
The default limit is 50 MB per file. Your workspace may be configured differently — ask your workspace owner if a larger file is refused.
Password-protected files
DocFlo cannot open a file that is password protected. Remove the protection, then upload it again.
